We will send everything by recorded delivery (i.e. it needs signing for) unless you specifically request otherwise.

Costs: UK Orders under £200 - £3.50, UK Orders over £200 - FREE, European Orders - £7.00, Rest of World Orders - £10.00. Please note that all transactions made via this web-site are subject to UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected. Allow 5–14 days for delivery

We realise though that sometimes you may want to return an item, and to provide full customer satisfaction we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on the items you purchase from us. All we ask is that you must return the item unused, in its original condition and Veronique Designs packaging, and with original label and plastic tag attached. How to Cancel an Order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone or e-mail marveron@veroniquedesigns.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we will then refund the original debit or credit card used for the purchase.
